ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK: The Participant acknowledges that boxing training at the gym selected for their experience inherently involves risks that cannot be completely eliminated. These risks may arise from various factors, including but not limited to: the Participant's skill level and boxing experience, their health status, the influence of drugs or alcohol, and the physical and mental condition of the participant. The Participant fully understands and accepts all risks associated with their involvement in the boxing training experience, both while on the premises and upon departure.

PARTICIPANT HEALTH DISCLOSURE: The Participant agrees to disclose any and all health issues or concerns that may affect their ability to safely participate in boxing training. It is the Participant's responsibility to inform The Mayweather Experience of any conditions or risks that may lead to injury or adverse health outcomes as a result of participating in the training sessions.

NATURE OF TRAINING DISCLAIMER: The boxing training provided is for fitness and educational purposes only and is not intended as preparation for professional boxing competition. Participants should not construe their participation as preparation for, or an entry into, professional sports unless explicitly stated by The Mayweather Experience.

LIMITATION OF TRAINER GUARANTEE: While The Mayweather Experience endeavors to ensure that trainers such as Jeff Mayweather and Floyd Mayweather Senior participate in each session, there may be occasions when this is not possible due to circumstances beyond our control. In such instances, an alternate qualified trainer will conduct the session. The Participant acknowledges that the availability of specific trainers cannot be guaranteed, and agrees that no refunds or compensation will be provided in the event that Jeff Mayweather, Floyd Mayweather Senior, or any specific trainer is not available to lead a session.

VIDEO RECORDING AND COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT: The Participant acknowledges that sessions, including training and sparring, may be recorded. The Participant understands they will not receive any form of monetary compensation for their appearance in these recordings. The Mayweather Experience holds the copyright to all recordings and possesses the unrestricted right to distribute, display, or publish these recordings on any platform or medium for promotional, educational, commercial, or any other lawful purposes without limitation. The Participant expressly agrees that these recordings may be used at the discretion of The Mayweather Experience and that The Mayweather Experience may provide these recordings to any third-party platform or distributor for publication. There is no obligation on the part of The Mayweather Experience to remove any content once published. By agreeing to this clause, the Participant relinquishes any right to request the removal of such content at any time in the future.

CLARIFICATION OF AFFILIATION: The Participant acknowledges that Floyd Mayweather Junior is not affiliated with The Mayweather Experience and is not involved in any aspect of its operation. Any reference to 'Mayweather' pertains solely to the brand experience and does not imply the involvement of Floyd Mayweather Junior.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY: The Participant acknowledges that participating in boxing training, which includes both offensive and defensive techniques and may involve sparring, inherently involves risks of physical injury. The Participant agrees that they are aware of these risks and accepts full responsibility for their own safety and well-being. This acknowledgment extends to understanding the physical demands and potential injuries that can occur from such activities.

COVENANT NOT TO SUE: The Participant hereby agrees not to initiate any lawsuit or legal claim against The Mayweather Experience, its owners, employees, trainers, the hosting gym, or any other participants for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during or as a result of participation in the training sessions. This covenant not to sue covers all forms of legal action, including but not limited to personal injury, negligence, and property damage claims.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: The Participant, including their heirs, assigns, and legal representatives, releases The Mayweather Experience, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, trainers, and agents from all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from their participation in the boxing training sessions.

INDEMNIFICATION: The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Mayweather Experience, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, costs, expenses, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with their participation in the boxing experience. This indemnification extends to all claims, whether currently known or unknown, and includes any legal fees or costs incurred in connection with any such claims.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. The Participant agrees that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with The Mayweather Experience shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the State of Nevada, and the Participant hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

By participating in the boxing experience, the Participant acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth above.
